Description of the gîte (- 2 to 5 people - 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine)
This cottage, with its neat and warm decoration, is ideal for taking time out and recharging your batteries all year round. It was selected by "Coutances Tourisme" to represent a typical Coutançais accommodation.
It is spread over 3 levels:
- On the ground floor :
* a fully equipped fitted kitchen
* a large dining room with its long pine table and saloon chairs, its small sitting area at the corner of the Godin wood stove.
- On the 1st floor:
* WC, bathroom with shower
* a large living room with its two large feather sofas, its armchair, its pouf...
and a breathtaking view of the pond
* a cathedral bedroom with a 160 double bed
The 1st floor is also accessible from the outside.
- On the 2nd floor:
* a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a mezzanine with a single bed.
A large terrace of 70m², on stilts, overlooks the pond. She will allow you
observe fish, moorhens and herons.

Heating
Concerned about our ecological impact, one Godin wood stove heats this house.
The wood is free up to 1 (large) cubic meter for one week. (65€/ additional cubic meter)
Electric heaters are nevertheless present. You benefit from an electric package of 8KWh/day. Beyond that, the additional KWh will be billed at the current rate.,
